 Keith began
playing bass at the age of 14. "I thought it would be easier to
learn because it only had 4 strings!" He learned how to read music
and music theory early on. In high school(Seymour High), Keith grew
his hair long and played with various groups, including the school
band. After he graduated, he did a stint with the Mattatuck Jazz
Ensemble. However, rock has always been his first love. At the age
of 19 he started working in the local bar scene performing with
local popular acts "The Power Zone" and "Mr. Smith". He took a break
to have like a million kids, then in 1999 answered an ad for a bass
player. Keith helped form the original "Groove Junkie". Keith is the
last remaining original member. "I think the current lineup is not
only the best technical group we've had, the level of camaraderie is
at an all time high. These guys are my best friends, like family."
