 Bryan began his interest in the guitar way back in
1988, at the ripe old age of 18. He was in high school at the time
and a buddy of his started to plink around on an acoustic. Not to be
outdone, Bryan picked up his father's old guitar and started to
tinker. Of course he had no idea what he was doing (and we still
wonder if he has any idea what he's doing!) Bryan ran away to
college and brought the guitar and amp with him to annoy his
dormmates. He learned chords and a few technical things (like how to
balance a beer on your amp without spilling it). After college,
Bryan played in"Charlie Squid" and "Just Cause". Bryan went solo for
a while until he was invited to audition for "The Groove Junkies".
It wasn't until audition day that Bryan realized he grew up right
down the street from the bass player, Keith! He immediately fit in
with both Keith and the new drummer, Chris. "It's like we have been
friends forever!" Funny thing is, that was way back in February of
2004 and they haven't had any band fights yet, well maybe some
quibbling, but it always ends with a hug and a
smile.
